Job summary

RainFocus is seeking a UX Designer to influence the entire product lifecycle, from brainstorming to launch. You will be part of a UX team embedded in scrum teams, collaborating with product managers and developers to craft elegant solutions that address real customer problems.

You will lead discovery, create interactive prototypes with AI-assisted tools, and work with stakeholders to validate market fit while maintaining exploration boundaries.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to think in business terms: markets, buyers, pricing, ROI.
• Demonstrated rapid prototyping ability, including AI-assisted building tools.
• Hands-on discovery research with customers and prospects, including senior stakeholders.
• Solid UX and product design fundamentals with shipped work examples.
• Product management experience or equivalent: scoping, prioritization, stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Shape ideas into testable bets by collaborating with stakeholders to form hypotheses.
• Lead discovery research with customers and prospects, including interviews and workshops.
• Build interactive prototypes and PoCs, defining prototype-grade vs production-ready handoffs.
• Validate ideas against the market, measuring willingness to adopt and pay.
• Protect the integrity of the process with exploratory framing and NDA coordination.
• Lead the pod by setting priorities and rhythms for a cross-functional team.
• Create reusable templates and patterns to speed up cycles.
