Job summary

RainFocus is seeking an exceptional UX Designer in the United States for a full-time remote role. You will contribute across the product development lifecycle, from brainstorming to launch, partnering with product managers and developers to deliver elegant solutions for Fortune 500 clients.

You will conduct high-volume discovery, synthesize insights, and build PoCs with AI-assisted tools. The role emphasizes business impact, customer proof, and iterative decision making in a cross-functional

Qualifications

Strong business thinking with focus on markets, buyers, ROI.
Demonstrated rapid prototyping ability, including AI-assisted building tools.
Hands-on discovery research with customers and prospects, including senior stakeholders.
UX and product design fundamentals, with a portfolio or shipped work.

Responsibilities

Shape ideas into testable bets and define customer problems.
Lead discovery research with customers, interviews, workshops, and usability sessions.
Build interactive prototypes from concepts to PoCs and hand off to developers.
Validate ideas with market signals and present evidence-based recommendations.
Lead a small cross-functional pod with clear priorities and regular readouts.
