One10, LLC seeks a User Experience Designer, Associate to contribute to customer-centered UX across our enterprise software platform. You will work with Product Management, Engineering, and senior UX to craft flows, wireframes, and prototypes that improve usability.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, research, accessibility, and applying design-system patterns. A BA/BS and portfolio are required; remote-friendly environment and growth opportunities are available.

Formación

BA/BS in related field or equivalent work experience.
Portfolio of published work required as part of the application.
Strong UI design knowledge and modern UX practices.
At least 1 year of UX experience through projects or internships.
Proficiency with Figma and ability to generate engineering-ready assets.

Responsabilidades

Assist in developing user experience requirements and documentation for our software platform.
Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to align UX with business goals.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Apply established UX patterns, accessibility standards, and design guidelines.
Present UX documentation clearly to the UX team and product/engineering partners.
