Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or technical support experience in healthcare.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office in Windows environment; ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist administration of utilization management and non-clinical support for policies and procedures.
• Handle varied administrative/operational/customer support tasks and computations.
• Work within defined parameters to meet quality standards with some discretion on prioritization.
