Job summary

Amazon Worldwide Operations seeks a Utility & Energy Due Diligence Program Manager to support a large portfolio of site developments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Experience supporting utility infrastructure, energy delivery, or capital projects.
• Understanding of electric utility systems and infrastructure planning.
• Experience reviewing easements, rights-of-way and title documents.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct power and utility due diligence for new development sites.
• Research substation availability, feeder capacity, service territories.
• Compile findings into standardized due diligence packages.
• Review easements, rights-of-way, access agreements; identify risks.
• Coordinate with title companies, surveyors, legal teams, consultants.
• Maintain portfolio-level easement trackers and reporting tools.
• Serve as technical liaison with utility providers and permitting authorities.
• Coordinate pre-application meetings and utility site visits.
• Track milestones, commitments, timelines, and critical path activities.
• Develop reporting templates, dashboards, and process documentation.
• Support senior Program Managers with technical analysis and execution.
