Job summary

Vikta Energy is seeking a highly organized Utility Coordinator to help keep EV charging and renewable energy projects moving. You will manage utility service requests, coordinate with power companies, and ensure energizations occur on schedule.

The role offers a remote work setup with annual pay of $55,000-$75,000 DOE plus medical, dental, vision, and unlimited PTO. You will work with project teams, utilities, and field staff across the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in utility coordination, construction administration, or project coordination.
• Experience with electric utilities or commercial construction projects preferred.
• Ability to read construction plans or electrical drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Submit and manage electrical service applications with utility providers nationwide.
• Track utility service requests, energization schedules, and project milestones.
• Coordinate with utility engineers, project managers, permitting agencies, and field operations.
• Schedule utility inspections, meter installations, and service energizations.
• Review utility drawings and electrical documentation for project accuracy.
• Monitor timelines and resolve delays or conflicts.
• Process utility invoices and track costs.
• Maintain organized project documentation and records.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
