Job summary

UTA Edenred in Germany is seeking a User Researcher to lead and execute both qualitative and quantitative studies, shaping product strategy and informing decision-making across teams. The role is remote within Germany, requiring collaboration with Product Design and Product Management to deliver high-impact insights.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in user research, strong experience in research operations, and fluency in English and German (French or Italian is a plus).

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in user research, ideally in B2B, tech-driven, or complex product environments, with a track record of delivering high-impact research; mobility or EV charging sector is a plus.
• Expertise in designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative studies and translating insights into actionable product and business decisions.
• Strong skills in participant recruitment, research operations, and using user research tools to drive scalable campaigns.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, evidence-based recommendations for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve user research strategy in collaboration with Product Design and Product Management, aligned with business outcomes.
• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies tailored to product goals and user flows.
• Embed research into shaping and discovery rituals, ensuring insights inform decisions early in the product lifecycle.
• Lead and manage end-to-end research operations (interviews, usability testing, workshops, surveys), including recruitment and compliance.
• Synthesize findings into personas, journey maps, and opportunity briefs, engaging stakeholders to drive a user-centered culture.
• Create rigorous, repeatable research protocols and a scalable knowledge repository for research across squads.
• Act as a strategic partner for Product and Design, not only as a researcher.
