Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States is seeking a User Acquisition Specialist to manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google. You will own campaign execution, testing, optimization, and performance analysis across multiple client accounts.

The role requires 2–4 years in paid media, strong analytics, and excellent presentation skills to communicate insights in client meetings. This is a fully remote international position with compensation aligned to geography and a performance

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in paid media or user acquisition, agency or consumer app experience preferred.
• Hands-on expertise with Meta advertising is essential.
• Experience across TikTok and Google Ads is highly valuable.
• Proven experience managing accounts with seven-figure annual media budgets.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into optimization.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid media management across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms, including setup, targeting, bidding, budgets, creative rotation, and optimization.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple client accounts with a focus on performance and scalable growth.
• Monitor KPIs such as CPI, CAC, ROAS, payback, retention, and attribution.
• Analyze campaign performance and diagnose changes from creative fatigue, audience shifts, or attribution challenges.
• Develop and execute testing strategies across audiences, creatives, bidding, budgets, and structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve media efficiency and campaign performance.
• Maintain account hygiene: naming conventions, UTM integrity, QA checks, documentation, and organization.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and growth managers to connect creative insights to media decisions.
• Leverage proprietary technology and data to identify growth opportunities and scale budgets.
• Prepare clear performance insights and recomendaciones for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create compelling presentations and communicate performance and growth opportunities in meetings.
