Qualifications

• Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative user research methods.
• Experience conducting interviews, usability studies and A/B testing.
• Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and storytelling of research findings.
• Portfolio showcasing user research, design or engineering projects.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and synthesize user data from diverse methods to create insights.
• Prototype lightweight artifacts and dashboards to share findings broadly.
• Tailor research presentations for different stakeholders and levels.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering to embed user needs.
