Job summary

Kiva is seeking a U.S. Operations Intern for a 6-month, part-time, remote volunteer position based in the United States.

You will work with the Operations team across the borrower lifecycle from application to fundraising support, focusing on process improvements and stakeholder collaboration. The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and ownership, with responsibilities spanning application review, borrower support, delinquency management, and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen loan applications with the review team.
• Support borrowers via text and phone during fundraising campaigns.
• Manage delinquency and develop action plans with borrowers.
