Kiva invites a proactive Strategic Partnerships Intern to join a mission‑driven nonprofit focused on expanding financial access. This remote, United States‑based role offers hands‑on experience in business development, deal outreach, and AI‑enabled workflows across the partnerships lifecycle.

You will build pitch decks, draft outreach, research prospects, and assist conference prep. The program emphasizes learning, collaboration, and practical skills development in a startup‑minded environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years or older by January 12, 2027.
• Able to commit to the full 6‑month term.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proactive and able to work independently.
• Highly organized with a start‑up mindset.
• Intermediate skills in Google Docs, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Support the development of pitch decks, proposals, and partner‑facing materials for corporate, foundations, and individual donors.
• Draft and refine outreach communications, including email campaigns and meeting follow‑ups.
• Conduct prospect research to identify potential partners aligned with Kiva’s mission.
• Assist in conference preparation by researching attendees and developing briefing documents.
• Maintain a strong partnerships pipeline by organizing research notes and engagement history.
• Test and pilot AI tools to support business development workflows and document learnings.
