Job summary

Hope for Justice is seeking a US MEAL Manager to lead monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning across US programs. You will shape the MEAL approach, create data systems, and drive evidence of impact.

Work closely with program teams and global MEAL. Responsibilities include designing theories of change, overseeing data quality, and supporting donor reporting and learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Power BI and Excel.
• Experience in MEAL systems and learning frameworks.
• Knowledge of PMDPro and MEAL DPro approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead US MEAL strategy development and monitoring across programs.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting for donors and internal audiences.
• Develop theories of change, logic models, and performance frameworks.
• Coordinate with global MEAL team and implement learning activities.
