Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in US Legal Recruitment.
• Proven track record recruiting for US law firms or legal staffing agencies.
• Understanding of US legal practice areas and multiple states.

Responsabilités

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and other boards.
• Evaluate candidates based on legal practice areas, experience, licenses, and client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; manage feedback and relationships.
• Maintain data integrity in ATS and recruitment databases.
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets while ensuring candidate experience.
