Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years recruiting experience in the US IT market.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Experience hiring US Citizens, PRs and H1-B.
• Ability to work from home with a quiet, distraction-free setup.
• Proficient in sourcing IT candidates via ATS, LinkedIn, and IT forums.

Responsibilities

• Review IT requirements from clients and understand hiring needs.
• Source and screen candidates for US IT roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
• Maintain ATS updates with candidate notes and status.
