Job summary

Herzing University seeks a Director of IT, Business Analysis & Project Management to mature IT project management and BA practices across the portfolio. You will lead a team of Business Analysts and Project Managers, partnering with IT leadership to support portfolio planning, reporting, adoption, and continuous improvement.

You will drive demand management, governance, and executive-level reporting while ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and AI/digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of PM/BA leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading teams of PMs/BA staff.
• Strong experience in demand management, portfolio planning, and governance.
• Ability to communicate with senior leaders and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and mature IT project management and BA standards across the portfolio.
• Provide leadership and mentoring for Business Analysts and Project Managers.
• Partner with IT Directors and tech leads to align schedules and manage capacity.
• Oversee risks, dependencies, and delivery readiness across initiatives.
• Develop executive dashboards and leadership reporting.
• Lead portfolio reviews and roadmap planning with stakeholders.
