Job summary

Hexagon is seeking a Business Area Counsel – Americas to provide practical, commercially focused legal guidance across the Americas on commercial and technology contracts, with a remote US-based role and up to 10% travel.

You will draft, review, and negotiate software licenses, SaaS, channel agreements, and services contracts, while advising stakeholders on risk and policy compliance. 3+ years of relevant experience and a US bar are required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and technology-related agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
• Independently manage assigned contracts from review through execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and other teams.
