Qualifications

• Diligence on M&A deals and drafting memos.
• Drafting and negotiating technology, services, and purchasing contracts.
• Assisting with Franchise Disclosure Documents and Franchise Agreements.
• Training sales teams on contract risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assess diligence on M&A deals and draft memos.
• Draft and negotiate contracts for tech, services, marketing, and supply.
• Assist in Franchise disclosures, agreements, registrations and compliance docs.
• Train sales teams to manage contract risk and mitigation.
• Draft rules for sweepsstakes, promotions, and marketing programs.
• Assess risks and remedies in disputes including contracts and franchises.
• Coordinate with outside counsel as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal clients and Hexagon Deal Team.
