You will draft, review, and negotiate software licenses, SaaS, cloud, and professional services agreements while aligning guidance with Hexagon policies.

Travel up to 10% may be required. The role requires a JD from a US law school, active bar membership, and at least 3 years of relevant experience including 2 years in contracting.
