Job summary

Solutions Travel is seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Agent to join our team, supporting travellers on a US West Coast schedule. This is a Monday–Friday role with some public holiday coverage and a floating day when a holiday is worked.

You will own the traveller's experience, manage air/hotel/car reservations, complex itineraries, exchanges and reissues, and work across Sabre with Amadeus as needed. VIP clients require proactive problem solving and clear, personalised service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate travel experience.
• Strong Sabre knowledge – essential.
• Amadeus experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting VIP/high-touch corporate travellers.
• Excellent knowledge of air, hotel and car reservations, including complex itineraries, exchanges and schedule changes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex or disrupted travel.
• A genuine ownership mindset and end-to-end traveller service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and adapt quickly to new tech/processes.
• Positive, energetic and solutions-focused approach.

We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Agent to join our team supportingour client’s travellers. This is a Monday–Friday role working US West Coast hours, with coverage required on some public holidays. Where a public holiday is worked, a floating day will be provided.

This isn’t simply a booking role. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks on their feet and genuinely enjoys solving problems for travellers.
