Our DGI Study Trips (DST) division specialises in educational group travel, working in partnership with Colleges, Universities and other education providers, to tailor bespoke study experiences and travel itineraries to inspire students outside of the classroom.

Our Operations Team provide a high-level service to Academic and Charity clients to support them in their vital work around the globe. We are currently recruiting NGO Travel Specialists to join the team and are interested in applications from experienced Travel Specialists as well as candidates who are interested in learning the role. You will receive comprehensive training covering all elements of the role including our reservations systems and processes. Responsibilities of the role include:

• A passion for travel with demonstrable energy and self-motivation
• Experience dealing with high volumes of email and call requests processing complex travel bookings
• Previous experience working as a Business Travel Consultant (desirable not essential)
• Good CRS knowledge - Galileo preferable but training can be given
• The ability to achieve individual and team targets

We are interested in speaking to experienced consultants on the East Coast. This is a remote role based in the US and our hours of work are, 4 weeks 8:45am-5:30pm, 1 week 9:30am-6:15pm, 1 week 8 am - 4.45 pm; with 1 weekend shift in every 6 weeks in lieu of a weekday.
