Job summary

Black Rock Group is seeking a Senior/Lead Dynamics 365 BC Consultant / Manager to drive multi-client D365 Business Central implementations from discovery to post-go-live support. The role focuses on core finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, and warehousing processes, translating requirements into scalable BC solutions and ensuring best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or similar mid-market ERP
• Proven experience leading functional ERP consulting engagements (design, workshops, testing, training, deployment)
• Strong knowledge of finance, purchasing, sales, inventory and distribution; manufacturing a plus
• Experience mentoring consultants and managing multiple projects, stakeholders in a consulting setup
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information systems, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead D365 Business Central implementations across discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, deployment and post-go-live support
• Function as the lead for core business processes including finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, warehousing and related operational workflows
• Translate client requirements into scalable BC solutions and advocate best practices for efficiency, controls, and reporting
• Manage multiple client engagements, project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation for successful delivery
• Build strong client relationships, act as trusted advisor, and identify opportunities for additional services and long-term partnerships
• Review deliverables and oversee QA for configuration, documentation, testing, training and deployment activities
• Coach and mentor consultants, support performance management, and promote knowledge sharing across the practice
• Partner with leadership on practice development, delivery standards, staffing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Serve as escalation point for complex functional issues and drive resolution with clients and internal teams
