You will mentor consultants, lead cross-functional teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients seeking to optimize finance, purchasing, sales and inventory workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or similar mid-market ERP.
• Proven experience leading functional ERP consulting engagements across discovery, design, testing and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, and distribution processes.
• Experience mentoring consultants and managing multiple client engagements.

Responsabilités

• Lead functional D365 Business Central implementations across discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Serve as the functional lead for core business processes including finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, warehousing, and related workflows.
• Translate client requirements into scalable BC solutions and recommend best practices to improve efficiency and controls.
• Manage multiple client engagements, project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Build client relationships, act as trusted advisor, and identify opportunities for additional services and long-term growth.
• Review deliverables and oversee QA for configuration, documentation, testing, training, and deployment; coach and develop consultants.
