Teladoc Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a 100% remote, nationwide role. You will provide independent, patient-focused care with a clinician-led team, supported by advanced telehealth tools and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications include MSN or DNP, 3+ years in urgent care or ER, four active state licenses, DEA, and FNP-BC or FNP-C certification. Previous telehealth experience is preferred, with opportunities for licensure expansion and state program

Formación

• Must hold MSN or DNP.
• 3+ years of NP clinical experience (urgent care or emergency medicine).
• Must hold four active state licenses with full practice and prescriptive authority, including one in NY/VA/MD/AZ/NJ/IL/NV/CO/WA/CA prior to interview.
• DEA is required.
• Nationally board certified: FNP-BC or FNP-C.
• Telehealth experience preferred; willingness to gain additional state licenses.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and diagnose common acute conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Educate patients on preventive care and treatment adherence.
• Document visits in the electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional care teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Participate in clinical improvement initiatives shaping virtual care.
