Qualifications

• Advanced Practice Nurse with MSN or DNP
• Active board certification by ANCC or AANP
• Minimum 5 years post‑graduate clinical experience in primary care
• Licensure in at least 3 states at time of interview
• Full Practice Authority (FPA) and independent prescribing
• Willing to license in up to all 50 states
• NP licensure in TX, NC, MI, or NY preferred
• RN compact license a plus
• Maintain NP licensure in states of practice
• Remote/hybrid virtual care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient assessments including history, exams and diagnoses
• Develop and implement treatment plans with patient education
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications per guidelines
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
• Provide patient education and support for healthy living
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation
• Stay current with telemedicine practices and guidelines
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
