Teladoc Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care services remotely to patients across the United States. You will conduct virtual assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with physicians and specialists.

The role requires an NP with MSN or DNP, ANCC/AANP board certification, and multi-state licensure in at least 3 states. Remote/hybrid experience and bilingual English–Spanish are advantageous.

Formación

• APRN with MSN or DNP is required.
• Active board certification by ANCC or AANP.
• Minimum 5 years post-graduate NP experience in primary care.
• Licensed as NP in at least 3 states at interview time.
• Must hold Full Practice Authority (FPA) license to practice independently.
• Willing to be licensed in up to 50 states; NY preferred.
• 2+ years of remote/hybrid independent virtual care experience preferred.
• English-Spanish bilingual a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct virtual patient assessments, taking medical histories and performing exams.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with patient education.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to aid diagnosis and treatment.
• Prescribe medications and therapies per guidelines and patient preferences.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize care.
• Provide patient education and support and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate EHR for all encounters.
• Stay current with telemedicine practices and professional guidelines.
• Participate in quality improvement and best-practice development.
