Job summary

Included Health seeks board-certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Rhode Island with multi-state licensure to provide virtual comprehensive care across all ages. Requires active RN compact license and 3+ years in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care.

Telemedicine experience and Athena EMR proficiency are preferred. Position offers two options: Modified Full-Time (32 hours/week) with $98,400/year average base plus equity and benefits, and Part Time (20 hours/week) with $59.13/hour average

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited FNP program with RN licensure.
• Active NP license and RN licensure in good standing.
• Current national certification as FNP (AANP or ANCC).
• Multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years post-training in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care.
• Experience caring for newborns to adults.
• Telemedicine or video-based care experience.
• Proficiency with technology and EMRs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat conditions across lifespan.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop and document treatment plans.
• Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions.
• Refer to other providers when appropriate.
• Counsel patients and families on plans.
• Stay current with best practices.
• Provide cross-coverage for lab review.
• Offer scheduling flexibility including evenings/weekends.
