Job summary

Included Health seeks a board-certified Nurse Practitioner licensed in Utah for virtual comprehensive care across all ages. Remote, high-volume Urgent/Primary Care experience preferred, with multi-state licensure and strong EMR skills, especially Athena. Role offers flexible hours, weekend rotation, and paid benefits.

Candidates should have 3+ years post-training, RN compact license, and national FNP certification. Telemedicine experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.
Active NP license with RN licensure in state requirements.
National FNP certification through AANP or ANCC.
Active RN compact license.
Multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred).
Minimum 3+ years post-training in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care.
Experience caring for newborns through adults.
Ability to function within an integrated medical practice.
Strong clinical acumen and broad condition management.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills.
Proficiency with technology and EMR systems.
Maintain Medicare status in good standing.
Prior telemedicine experience.
Experience with Athena EMR.

Responsibilities

Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams.
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions across the lifespan.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
Develop and document treatment plans in a timely, accurate manner.
Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients.
Request consultations or referrals when appropriate.
Counsel and educate patients and families on treatment plans.
Maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices.
Provide cross-coverage for reviewing lab results.
Offer scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
