OUTERWARD studio is seeking an Unreal Engine Gameplay Developer to help build the core gameplay for our unannounced multiplayer AA title. You will work hands-on on gameplay mechanics, movement, combat, AI, and networking to make the game feel alive.

This is a fully remote position open worldwide, offering a collaborative environment where your contribution directly shapes the project and early-stage development.

Qualificações

• Solid hands-on Unreal Engine experience.
• Strong C++ gameplay programming skills.
• Experience with GAS (Gameplay Ability System).
• Proficient in Git or Perforce for version control.
• Good understanding of networking/replication in multiplayer.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement gameplay mechanics and systems in Unreal Engine.
• Build and extend gameplay abilities using GAS.
• Develop character movement.
• Create and tune AI behaviors and systems.
• Implement multiplayer functionality: replication, networking, client-server logic.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to bring gameplay to life.
