Qualifications

• Must have exceptional customer service and the ability to manage multiple university travel groups.

• Experience with Sabre and other travel booking systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international group travel for university clients and individual reservations within groups.
• Manage travel for academic groups, athletic teams, student groups, recruiting programs, conferences, and university events.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned university group clients and communicate contract terms clearly.
