Responsibilities

• Book air, hotel, rail, and car reservations using the GDS and online tools.
• Issue, exchange, void, and refund tickets per fare rules and policies.
• Research routing and fare options to deliver best value within client policy.
• Respond to traveler requests by phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Handle schedule changes, cancellations, and irregular operations with calm service.
• Maintain traveler profiles and loyalty program information.
• Apply client travel policies, approvals, and negotiated rates on bookings.
• Track and apply unused ticket credits to reduce client spend.
• Follow data privacy, quality control, and payment handling procedures.
