Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in credit risk, underwriting, financial analysis, portfolio management, or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Experience reviewing KYC and KYB documentation across all risk levels.
• Strong ability to make risk-based decisions and work independently.
• Demonstrate proactive critical thinking skills with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining accuracy, sound judgment, and diligence.
• Knowledge of financial statements, cash flow analysis, ratio analysis, forecasting, and default concepts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate merchant applications using multiple underwriting tools to identify credit, fraud, and reputational risk.
• Identify potential risk factors for applicants and mitigate risk through comprehensive review of financial statements, cash flow, liquidity, leverage, profitability, payment history, industry trends, and macro indicators.
• Conduct and interpret financial analysis— ratio analysis, trend analysis, cash flow forecasting, break-even analysis, and scenario analysis.
