Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan is offering a paid Underwriting - Agricultural Insurance Intern position for a fourteen-week program. The intern will work mostly from home with weekly office days, rotating through Crop Insurance and other departments, and will complete a Capstone presentation detailing projects and learning outcomes.

The role emphasizes learning underwriting, loss control insights, and collaboration with underwriting and risk management teams.

Formación

• Must be enrolled at a college or university and have declared a major working toward graduation.
• Pursued actuarial science major/minor; pass at least one CAS/SOA exam is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint desired.
• Experience with programming and database languages like Python, R, SQL helpful.
