Job summary

Cavendish Professionals is partnering with a fast-growing UK tech company to hire multiple Applied AI Engineers. You will help build and scale the AI infrastructure behind a property-management platform, deploying LLM and agentic systems in production.

You'll work remotely across the UK and Europe, collaborating with product and engineering teams, owning architecture decisions, and delivering reliable, cost-efficient AI solutions with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong backend engineering background.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM/agentic systems in production.
• Experience with agent orchestration, tool calling, task decomposition and structured outputs.
• Strong understanding of production challenges around evaluation, reliability, latency and cost.
• CS or related technical degree.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high level of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale production-grade LLM and agentic AI systems.
• Develop multi-step agents, sub-agent orchestration and tool use.

Applied AI Engineer | UK / Europe | Fully Remote | 7+ Positions

We are working with a fast-growing UK technology company that is hiring multiple Applied AI Engineers to build and scale the AI infrastructure behind its property-management platform.

This is not a traditional ML or Data Science role. They’re looking for strong backend/software engineers who have hands-on experience building and shipping LLM and agentic AI systems into production.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and scale production-grade LLM and agentic AI systems
