Job summary

Leidos is seeking a UiPath Developer to support U.S. Coast Guard digital transformation by designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining RPA and workflow automation solutions in a Coast Guard environment.

This is a remote position. You will work with CG-TECH-TRT, mission customers, data teams, cybersecurity stakeholders, and program leadership to translate operational needs into secure, scalable automation, while contributing to standards, metrics, and adoption planning across the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS/engineering
5+ years of software development, workflow automation, or related roles
3+ years developing automation with UiPath
Experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, bots, queues, assets, triggers, logging, and exception handling
Experience with enterprise or federal environments
Experience with Agile, Jira, and Confluence

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath automations, workflows, bots, and reusable components
Support automation pilots, technical demonstrations, MVPs, and production-ready RPA solutions
Translate mission requirements into automation designs and implementation plans
Support process mapping, value stream mapping, and automation feasibility assessments
Develop and maintain automation documentation and deployment materials
Support governance, standards, and best practices for automation across CGTRT
