DecisionPoint | Cortek is seeking a UI/UX Specialist to research user needs and design accessible, intuitive web experiences for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. The role partners with mission owners, analysts, developers, testers, and trainers to translate complex accession workflows into usable digital experiences.

The position involves developing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and reusable UI patterns, supporting front-end implementation, and establishing usability and accessibility

Qualifications

Experience planning or conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design recommendations.
Experience designing and helping implement web user interfaces.
Experience evaluating web interfaces for accessibility.
Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct user research with mission owners, users, and stakeholders.
Translate research into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and patterns.
Design accessible interfaces for complex workflows and support design-system documentation.
Collaborate with developers to translate designs into functional interfaces.
Define usability and accessibility acceptance criteria and assist with testing.
