Job summary

Intelerad, headquartered in Raleigh, NC and Montreal, is seeking a UI/UX Researcher & Designer to shape clinician interactions with medical imaging products. You will own research and design for one or more product areas, partnering with product managers, developers, and end users to turn clinical needs into intuitive experiences, from discovery through release.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design and UX research.
• Portfolio shows web and mobile design with end-to-end research.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Demonstrated wireframing, prototyping, and design specifications.
• Experience planning and leading user research with quantitative/qualitative methods.
• Familiar with UX tools and repositories (e.g., Dovetail, UserZoom, Optimal Workshop).
• Strong knowledge of HCI principles and communicating findings to varied audiences.
• Excellent spoken/written English.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and lead qualitative and quantitative UX research across the lifecycle.
• Recruit participants, moderate sessions with clinicians and end users.
• Synthesize data into personas, journey maps, and actionable insights.
• Own and evolve the research repository for ongoing use.
• Lead design from concept to release with wireframes, prototypes, and specs.
• Drive design standards and assist developers during implementation.
• Mentor designers and researchers across the team.
