YO AI Labs is seeking a seasoned Graphic and UI/UX Designer (Contractor) to contribute to a project aimed at elevating visual design and user experience for next-generation AI systems. You will craft and evaluate digital designs and provide expert feedback on usability, typography, and visual communication.

The role emphasizes independence in a remote, US-based environment, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality design artifacts on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience in graphic, UI/UX, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showing high-quality design and impact.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Solid typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and digital product design knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to give thoughtful feedback and iterate independently.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and digital interfaces.
• Design and refine UI/UX wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma.
