Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Graphic and UI/UX Designers to contribute to a project aimed at elevating visual design and user experience standards for next-generation AI systems. You will create and evaluate digital designs, develop UI/UX solutions, and provide expert feedback on usability and typography.

This contractor role is remote (US-based). No AI-specific experience is required—your design expertise and creative judgment are what matter most.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design or UI/UX.
• Strong portfolio showing high-quality design work and impact.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to give thoughtful feedback.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and interfaces.
• Design and refine UI/UX wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma.
• Apply typography, layout, and visual hierarchy effectively.
• Review iterations and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Document design decisions and recommendations.
• Collaborate remotely and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
