Job summary

Qliqify is seeking a UI/UX Designer to translate business goals and user needs into compelling digital experiences. You will own the design process from research and wireframing through to high-fidelity delivery.

Key responsibilities include designing web and mobile interfaces, conducting user research, and evolving the design system while collaborating closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma with components, auto-layout and prototyping.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design.
• Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and business goals.
• Clear communication and collaboration with product teams.
• Experience in cross-functional product teams.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Create wireframes, flows, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups.
• Maintain and evolve the design system and components.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Iterate designs based on data, feedback and testing.
• Present design decisions to stakeholders.
