Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in unemployment insurance, claims processing, or related roles preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Experience working in a production, service-level, or goal-driven environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process unemployment insurance claims within 48 business hours of receipt or state deadline.
• Prepare complete, timely, and accurate claim responses for submission to state agencies.
• Maintain claim activity and documentation in the Claims Management System.
• Respond to state agencies and internal clients within required deadlines.
• Protect confidential client, claimant, and employee information; collaborate with teams to resolve questions.
