NTT DATA seeks a UAT Tester to join our team in Nashville, TN, with a fully remote arrangement. You will support the Client's User Acceptance Testing, ensuring the system meets business requirements and supports outcomes.

The role involves reviewing requirements and design documents, collaborating in defect resolution with NTT DATA, clients and partners, and planning, coordinating, and monitoring UAT activities to ensure on-time delivery.

Formación

• 10+ years' experience on Eligibility, Medicaid, or Health and Human Services IT projects.
• 5+ years' experience in mid-scale or large-scale system development projects (including test automation, test strategy, test scripts)
• 5+ years' experience creating and executing detailed test scripts for UAT/SIT
• 3+ years' experience with defect/bug management tools (HP ALM, Bugzilla, JIRA, JAMA)
• 3 years' experience with Testing phases and entrance/exit milestones
• 1 year experience using AI-assisted capabilities for UAT test data creation and results review

Responsabilidades

• Conduct testing and evaluation of project initiatives and identify issues in software or services.
• Analyze discrepancies in service or performance and recommend product or service updates.
• Assist with UAT testing planning, organization, execution, defect reporting, and coordination with vendors and state partners.
• Ensure testing is done on-time and communicate bottlenecks and risks to management
