Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a QA Automation / Test Engineer to develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test strategies across software, firmware, and data solutions.

The role requires collaboration with DevSecOps, and product teams to ensure cybersecurity and privacy compliance, regulatory readiness, and traceability of test results. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in QA, experience with automation frameworks (Python, Selenium, JUnit), and DoD RMF familiarity, with US

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in QA, testing, or QA automation.
• U.S. citizen able to obtain Secret Clearance.
• Experience with automated and manual test strategies for software, firmware, and data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test plans for software, firmware, and data modules.
• Design and implement automated test suites for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with development, DevSecOps, and product teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Validate system compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and operational requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools and processes.
• Support user acceptance testing, field validation, and deployment readiness assessments.
• Maintain test documentation including test cases, scripts, and results.
• Participate in code reviews, security assessments, and compliance audits as required by contract and SOW.
• Provide troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for test failures.
