Job summary

Sardine is hiring a detail-oriented UAT Analyst to evaluate complex systems, create and execute test plans, and ensure high-quality software across our API-driven platform. You will work with customers and internal teams to test, troubleshoot, and support product development in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in UAT/testing within banks or fintechs, strong SQL knowledge, and experience with REST APIs and Postman.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a user acceptance or functional testing role at banks/fintechs.
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS products and/or banking infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with SQL (joins, multi-table queries) and REST API testing with Postman.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and product owners to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for Sardine’s platform, including APIs and dashboards.
• Identify, document, and track defects; coordinate with developers to ensure fixes before release.
• Perform regression testing to protect existing functionality across releases.
• Maintain test documentation and QA reports; support release management and deployment troubleshooting.
