Net2Source LLP is seeking a Junior Business Development Officer / Relationship Officer for a premium client. Location is Work From Home with 2 to 5 years of banking experience required. Immediate to 20 days notice preferred.

The role focuses on building relationships, cross-selling banking products, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate records.

Qualifications

• UAE banking experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Business Development / Relationship Management within the banking sector.
• Experience promoting banking products such as Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Accounts & Deposits, SME Banking.
• Ability to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct customer meetings and understand their financial requirements.
• Strong cross-selling and upselling skills.
• Ensure compliance with UAE banking policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
