Theoria Technical College Llc is seeking an Adjunct Instructor to teach U.S. History in a fully remote setting in the United States.

You will facilitate a virtual classroom, manage a 5-week accelerated terms schedule, participate in discussion boards, and provide timely feedback to help students succeed. Ideal candidates have a background in education or teaching, strong communication skills, and the ability to cultivate a positive learning environment while aligning lessons to ACCJC standards

Qualifications

• Master's degree in History is required.
• Bachelor's in History with a Master's in Political Science, Humanities, Geography, Area Studies, or related discipline is required.
• Equivalent qualifications approved through TTC's faculty equivalency process.

Responsabilités

• Develop and teach HIS-101 (1600–1877) and HIS-102 US History.
• Cover content aligned with Cal-GETC Area 4 Social Sciences and CSU US requirements.
• Maintain Regular and Substantive Interaction (RSI) per IPM 4.8 and 34 CFR §600.2.
• Submit weekly RSI Self-Log per institutional procedure.
• Document Student Learning Outcomes assessment per IPM and Curriculum Committee.
• Provide timely grading and feedback (within 48 hours).
• Participate in faculty development and Curriculum Committee processes.
