Responsibilities

• Prepare relevant instructional materials aligned with CTU curricula.
• Provide instruction in assigned courses and relevant labs or work.

• Relate professional experience to CTU's learning model and industry trends.
• Maintain accessibility and provide timely responsiveness to students and staff.
• Establish weekly office hours for student questions and support.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback for growth.
• Document student course activities.
• Collaborate with CTU teams to identify and support at-risk students.
• Refer students to co-curricular resources and services.
• Participate in academic governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete faculty certification training and annual ethics/policy training.
• Provide documentation of licenses, certifications, and professional experience.
• Work with executive leadership and lead faculty as appropriate.
• Adhere to CTU policies and procedures in the Faculty Handbook.
