Qualifications

• Earned terminal degree in ESL/BL, Early Childhood Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Literacy, or Special Education.
• Minimum of 3 peer‑reviewed publications and presentations.
• 1+ year of teaching experience in formal educational settings; higher education preferred.
• Experience developing online/virtual professional relationships.
• Evidence of professional research and/or creative endeavors in the field.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with students in a professional manner.
• Facilitate a safe and productive learning environment for students.
• Respond promptly to student requests for information and inquiries.
• Oversee course quality by reviewing functionality and content for high‑quality delivery.
• Enhance the student experience by adding unique insights and professional knowledge to course content.
• Monitor and provide appropriate feedback on assignments per college policies.
• Synthesize and report student performance data on a timely basis.
