Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Remote Tutor to support students in reaching educational goals through remote sessions in a school setting. The role emphasizes positive tutoring, study-skills development, and conceptual understanding in individual or group formats.

Sessions are remote with weekly pay, competitive compensation, and benefits in an eligible arrangement. Applicants should have teaching credentials and relevant education experience to meet state requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in remote tutoring is preferred.
• Teaching experience to meet staffing standards is preferred.

Pay: $21 / Hour

Hours: 5.00

Location: Jacksonville, FL

The Remote Remote Remote Tutor is responsible for assisting students in meeting their educational goals and aspirations through positive educational support and direct Remote Remote Remote Tutoring. The Remote Remote Remote Tutor is also responsible for enhancing study skills and facilitating the understanding of educational concepts. Sessions should facilitate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in an individual, group, virtual or in person setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Teacher Credential Certification/ Licensure as required bystate or contract

• Degree in Education or relevant field as required by stateor contract

• Experience in Remote Remote Remote Tutoring, preferred

• 2 years teaching experience, preferred

• Experience or credential in Special Education, preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
