Position: Trustee Sale Specialist

The Trustee Sale Specialist will be responsible for opening and processing foreclosures in all company-licensed states, performing duties in accordance with company policies, US state, and federal laws. The target pay range is $20.00 to $28.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do

1. Log and enter new foreclosures into the system.
2. Review deeds of trust and related documents to prepare notices of default and sale, and send for recording.
3. Prepare and send notices and documents to interested parties.
4. Review titles and clear defects as needed.
5. Monitor data accuracy on third-party websites.
6. Prepare bidding instructions and process third-party sales.
7. Handle daily incoming calls from borrowers, clients, and third parties.
8. Review bankruptcies to verify their validity against properties.
9. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

What You’ll Need

1. Experience in Mortgage Default Servicing; foreclosure experience preferred.
2. ICE / BKFS LoanSphere Default experience is a strong plus.
3. Foreclosure law firm or trustee experience is a strong plus.
4. High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
