REMOTE Trustee Sales & Accounting Specialist I, CFS

Join our team as a Trustee Sales & Account Specialist I and work remotely from home! The role involves processing all account receivables and payables, performing duties in accordance with company policies, and complying with all applicable US laws and regulations. The target pay range is $20.00 to $28.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare and process all invoices to clients.
  • Review vendor A/P invoices and make necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure all vendors are paid.
  • Process all funds and disbursements from third-party sales.
  • Maintain and reconcile trust bank accounts.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
What You’ll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0–1 year of professional work experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret statistical information.
